Shipping Policy
Milk:
Kabilai Supplies Fresh cow milk to their customers on monthly subscription basis. Hence customers will receive the Milk as per their subscription and slot they have select, and delivery charges applicable Monthly 149/- Delivery charges applicable. and Rs 99/- will be the minimum delivery charges, if the subscription is less than 10 days.
Ghee:
Kabilai A2-Ghee, we will supply across India, will be sent via leading courier and POD will be shared to the customer.

Other Dairy Products:
Kabilai Supplies dairy products other than Milk and Ghee, will be delivered along with the milk basis on their pre order.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive wats app message or phone call regarding their shipment confirmation and POD copy.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Kabilai is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost:
Kabilai is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
